Charlotte Brontë Cameo with Books Standing Frame decor
This Cameo has been hand sculpted by Leigh Jordan of Window of the Soul as a possible side view of Charlotte Brontë as she is portrayed in the famous Richmond Portrait of 1850.
This panel is a polymer clay/resin cast from the original sculpture and mounted on to a wooden backing that is aged to look like old antique weathered wood. 4 coloured Polymer/resin Brontë books enclose the large cameo; Jane Eyre, The Professor, Villette and a Charlotte Brontë signature which are painted to resemble old aged books, painted to capture leather bound or cloth victorian era books with foxed paper edges, every title intricately hand painted in gold and the whole composition aged to give an authentic Victorian patina.
The panel has a vintage feel, the perfect accessory for any Brontë lover. It is entirely made by hand, crafted with the highest quality materials in soothing “old book” coloured tones, everything is completely hand made from the sculpting of the original cameo of Charlotte and the creation of the books, to the ageing and weathering of the wooden base.
